Sea Moss Gel Preparation:

Remove dried sea moss from packing and place in a glass bowl.

Rinse sea moss with 1 part distilled vinegar and 2 parts purified or spring water. Look through solutions for any particles. Pour off liquid.

Rinse sea moss a second time with purified or spring water. Pour off water.

Place cleaned sea moss in an air-tight container. Add enough water to completely cover the sea moss.

Close the container and store in the refrigerator.
